For service businesses strangers keep overlooking

Your clients have no trouble seeing your value in person… but strangers are getting lost on your page.

Miki runs your brand through her Fog Lifter System, then names the one thing to fix so strangers see what your clients already see. Start with a free 15-minute fit call.

Does this sound familiar?

Your work is good. Getting a stranger to see that is the hard part.

You already know your business works, because the people who talk to you buy from you. The trouble starts with everyone who never gets that conversation.

You keep rewriting the same page

Your homepage headline has changed four times this year, and none of the versions felt right for longer than a week.

People ask what you actually do

You explain your business in one sentence on a call, then watch someone read your page and ask the question anyway.

Price comes up before value does

The first question is what you charge, which means nothing has happened yet to make that number feel worth paying.

Referrals close, cold leads cool off

Someone arrives warm, lands on your page, and can’t line it up with what their friend told them. Then they go quiet.

Good months, then quiet ones

Work arrives when you push for it and slows when you stop, because your page isn’t doing any of the asking.

The creeps

Scope creep, to be clear. A small project swells into something else entirely, because an offer nobody can describe back to you is an offer with no edges.

What changes

Same work, same rates, and strangers who understand you the first time.

Yoga teachers, private practitioners and educators come to Miki already good at what they do. What changes is how fast a stranger can tell.

  • Explaining what you doUnderstood on the first read
  • Second-guessing your rateQuoting without flinching
  • Referrals onlyStrangers booking too
  • Rewriting your homepageLeaving it alone
  • Talked overSought out
  • Busy month, quiet monthA steadier calendar

Naming the problem

Strangers meet a blurrier version of your business. Miki calls that Brand Fog.

Brand Fog is what happens when a stranger takes in only a fraction of how good your work is before they decide. Your talent is already there, which is why a prettier page on its own leaves your Brand Fog exactly where it was and still says the same unclear thing. Brand Fog shows up in three signals.

01

Message

What you say you do, and what a stranger hears instead. Soften this one and people leave unsure whether you solve their problem at all.

02

Visuals

Whether the way your brand looks supports the price you name. Get this wrong and doubt arrives before anyone reads a word.

03

Positioning

Why someone picks your business over the other tab they have open. Without it, the only thing left to compare is price.

The MoonieView difference

Two ways to work out why strangers aren’t booking you.

The old way

Guess, adjust, and hope something sticks

  • You update your website.A new headline, different colours, maybe a full redesign.
  • You post more content.More reels, more behind the scenes, more showing up.
  • Warm leads still book. Strangers still don’t.Your referrals come in. Cold traffic scrolls past.
  • Nobody tells you why.Strangers don’t leave feedback. They close the tab and move on.

Your income stays exactly as wide as your network.

The MoonieView way

Find the one thing that’s breaking and fix it

  • Miki reads your brand as a cold stranger.Someone who just landed on your page, rather than someone who already knows you.
  • She names what is stopping them. She names it on a live 60-minute call, and she names it specifically.
  • You get a written Blueprint. One specific thing to fix, chosen because it moves your numbers furthest.
  • Your brand starts working on strangers too.Same work, sharper on all three signals, and strangers who book without being warmed up first.

Your business grows beyond the people who already know you.

How Moonieful works

Find out what’s wrong first. Fix it second.

Most branding work starts with building. Moonieful starts with a diagnosis, so your build has something to aim at.

Step one

MoonieView

A 60-minute session, one to one with Miki. She asks about your business, your offer and how you’re describing your value right now, then names exactly where your Brand Fog is sitting.

Afterwards you get your Fog Lifter Blueprint, the written plan that documents where your Brand Fog lives. It names which of your three signals to fix first, and the order to work through after that. It reaches you within 48 hours.

  • 60 minutes, live with Miki
  • Written Blueprint within 48 hours
  • $650, and it stands on its own

Step two

MoonieFit

Your MoonieFit build, once your direction is settled. Your Blueprint decides the scope, so nothing gets made before anyone knows what it’s supposed to say.

MoonieFit covers your messaging, your visuals and your positioning, in whatever combination your Blueprint calls for.

  • Starts after MoonieView, never before
  • Scope follows your Blueprint
  • Written approvals at every stage

What MoonieFit can cover

Three areas, and your Blueprint picks the mix.

Messaging, visuals and positioning are the three places your brand goes soft. Your Blueprint says which of them is costing you the most, so your MoonieFit starts there instead of everywhere at once.

Messaging

What you say, and the order you say it in. A stranger should get your value as fast as a referral already does.

  • Your core message and homepage headline
  • How you describe each offer
  • Your brand voice guide
  • Website, sales page and email copy
  • Social profile copy and content direction

Visuals

What your business looks like before anyone’s read a word, so your look agrees with your message rather than arguing with it.

  • Your colour palette and font system
  • Creative direction
  • Logo refinement
  • Brand guidelines
  • Social templates and product graphics
  • Website visual direction

Positioning

Who you’re for, and what you’re the obvious choice for. Get this right and price stops being the deciding factor.

  • Who your work is for, named specifically
  • What you want to be known for, in one line
  • How you differ from the nearest alternative
  • How your offers stack and what each one is for
  • Pricing you can say out loud without flinching
  • Your answer when someone asks what you do

Your final scope follows your Fog Lifter Blueprint and approved agreement. You’ll know what is included before any work begins.

MoonieFit

One build, scoped to what your Blueprint found.

MoonieFit MVP

$5,000

for your full build. Your Blueprint decides the scope, so it can come in under this when less is needed.

A complete message, visual and positioning build, made with you rather than handed to you. Miki works through it in sessions so you can run your brand yourself afterwards.

  • Full multi-page sales system
  • Complete positioning and core message
  • Visual system and brand guidelines
  • Sales or funnel page and email opt-in
  • Booking integration and launch preparation
  • Working sessions with Miki, and training at handoff

MoonieFit begins after MoonieView. Your Fog Lifter Blueprint shows which level of build makes sense, and smaller scopes are available when the Blueprint calls for less.

Before you decide

Who else could you hire for this?

Most founders in your position are choosing between two kinds of agency. Both do real work. Here is what each one is hired to fix, and what it assumes is already working before your invoice starts.

Comparing a marketing agency, a branding agency, and Moonieful
What you’re comparing A marketing agency A branding agency Moonieful
Worth hiring when Your message already works and you need more people seeing it Your message works and your look is what holds you back Strangers aren’t getting it yet
Hired to fix Not enough people arriving How your business looks Why strangers don’t understand your value
Starts with Campaigns, channels and spend Identity, palette and guidelines A diagnosis of your messaging, visuals and positioning
Assumes you already know what to fix Yes Yes No. Checking that’s the first job
You learn what is actually wrong After your ad spend After your rebrand In your first 60 minutes
If how you come across is the problem You pay for visitors who bounce You get a prettier version of the same confusion Finding it is the whole job
What it costs A monthly retainer, ongoing One project fee, quoted up front $650 to diagnose. Any build afterwards is priced to what your Blueprint found
You walk away holding Campaign performance data A brand guidelines document A written Blueprint, plus files and access in your own name

Plenty of founders need a marketing agency or a branding agency, and some need one straight after this. Moonieful is the step that tells you which, so you’re not paying either of them to guess.

Miki Roberts, founder of Moonieful

About Miki

She kept meeting good businesses that nobody could describe back.

Miki Roberts founded Moonieful after noticing the same thing in client after client. Their work was strong, they could explain it perfectly out loud, and their page said something blurrier to a stranger. She wrote Brand Fog to explain why strangers see so much less than clients do, and what to change first.

She works one to one, starts with a diagnosis instead of a redesign, and would rather tell you where your brand is actually losing people than take your money for a rebuild that leaves it untouched.

"Clarity first, before design."

Before you book

Questions people ask first

Why can’t I just get my website redone?

Because building before you have a diagnosis is how people end up with a beautiful page that still says the wrong thing. MoonieView finds the specific problem so the work that follows has a target.

Am I paying for a session or a document?

MoonieView is the live 60-minute session with Miki. The Fog Lifter Blueprint is the written plan that follows it, and it reaches you within 48 hours. They’re two different things and you get both.

What actually happens on my free fit call?

Fifteen minutes, and Miki looks at your page beforehand so your time goes to answers rather than background. At the end she’ll mention MoonieView if it fits, and we’re going to call that a pitch rather than pretend otherwise. If it isn’t a fit, she’ll say so.

What is this going to cost me?

Your fit call is free. MoonieView is $650 and includes your 60-minute session and your Fog Lifter Blueprint. MoonieFit starts afterwards, and the Blueprint decides the scope, so the price follows the work rather than a package you picked blind.

Do I get a website with every MoonieFit?

Not automatically. Some businesses need their message fixed and nothing rebuilt. Your Blueprint says which, and your agreement lists exactly what is included before work starts.

Can I update my website myself afterwards?

Yes. Training and handoff are part of your MoonieFit, because a site you can’t edit becomes someone else’s asset.

Do I own my final files and accounts?

You do. Full ownership terms are written into your agreement before your project begins.

How do revisions work, and can I pay in instalments?

Revision rounds and payment terms are set out in your agreement before anything starts, so there are no surprises mid-project. Ask on your fit call and Miki will walk you through the current terms.

Your work is already good. Let’s make that obvious to the people who haven’t met you.

Start with fifteen free minutes. If Moonieful isn’t the right fit, Miki will tell you on your fit call.
